Lobster Measure Keychain
The tool which lobstermen/lobsterwomen use on their boats to determine whether a lobster is of legal size. This measure has been shrunk down of course and is much smaller than the real thing!
Measures approximately 2 1/4 inches long x 1/4 inch at the widest point and is made from aluminum or nugold. I usually offer brass instead of nugold but brass is hard to come by these days. Nugold, also known as jeweler's brass, is an alloy of copper and zinc. It is almost identical to brass.
Aluminum is tarnish free. Nugold (like brass) will patina over time. If you prefer the shiny finish I would recommend using a metal cleaner such as BRASSO when needed.
Key ring and split rings are stainless steel.
