This bracelet is made with lobsters caught by my husband aboard the
F/V Crystal A. I sterilized the shells and permanently sealed them inside a stainless pendant using resin.
Bubbles do occur naturally while working with resin. I do try to pop them all but once in a while one decides it wants to be part of the finished piece.
Expandable, adjustable, and made from strong 1.5mm stainless steel.
Simply stretch out the wire to adjust the bracelet size.
The lobster shell charms measure 12mm (almost the size of a US dime) and are attached using heavy duty stainless jump rings that dangle freely.
Stainless steel is a wonderful alternative to sterling silver because it will not fade, rust or tarnish. It is also hypoallergenic.
